Dr. Randolph Stone, the founder of the Polarity System of health-care, refers to a “wireless anatomy” that flows through us and is based on the relationship of the positive, neutral and negative charges of energy within us and the five elements of Ayur-Veda (the oldest known healing system) which are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether (Space). |
|
Dr. Stone once wrote, “When we are ill and have pains, we think it is the body which is sick, when in reality it is the life-breath or currents in the body which operate it and sustain it, which are all out of balance or co-ordination in their Polarity function of attraction and repulsion. This negative and positive action throughout the system and in every cell, contracts and expands in its’ process of life to take in nourishment - of solids, liquids, gases and warmth, utilise these nutriments and discards the waste products, radiating heat energy for body use.” |

We can learn to experience this Energy of Life by taking some time to pay attention to it. So let’s just try a little experiment. Rub your hands together for about 15 seconds. Now bring your hands slowly together, holding them about an inch apart while focusing your attention on any sensation felt between the hands. What do you feel ? A sensation of warmth or magnetic pull. Or maybe tingling around your fingertips. What you are experiencing here is actually an aspect of your own Engery Field. You may like to try this with somebody else as well and feel the interaction between your two energy fields. In fact every time we come close to somebody else, there is an exchange of energy occuring. This we could feel as an upliftment, a drain, or may stimulate in us some emotional sensations that we can’t figure out why we feel that way.
